While Alexis strives to provide accurate and insightful guidance, clients are solely responsible for any decisions they make based on the information received during sessions. Alexis shall not be held liable for any actions taken or decisions made by clients as a result of their intuitive sessions.

Clients also understand that intuitive insights are subjective and may vary in accuracy. Alexis does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from her services.

By engaging in sessions with Intuitive Guidance by Alexis, clients agree to release Alexis from any liability or responsibility for any loss, injury, or damages arising from their participation in sessions or reliance on the information provided.

Clients with serious mental health concerns or medical issues are advised to seek appropriate professional help from qualified professionals.

Clients are only guaranteed services during the the time that their session is booked for.

By booking a session with Intuitive Guidance by Alexis, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this disclaimer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All payments are due in full at time of booking. Clients can cancel a session up to 48 hours in advance for a 30% fee of the total session payment. Clients that cancel within 48 hours of the session are not guaranteed a refund and will be subject to the fee agreed upon for booked services. Alexis will be responsible for determining refund eligibility.
