Hypnotherapy Sessions
Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool for self-exploration, healing, and personal growth. Through guided hypnosis, clients can access deeper layers of their subconscious to gain clarity and resolution in various areas of life.
Examples of Hypnotherapy Explorations:
Parts Work Exploration – Engage in a dialogue with different aspects of yourself (e.g., the anxious part, the angry part, the one who can’t sleep) to better understand their role.
Intuition & the Body – Connect with your body's sensations, pain, or ailments to decode intuitive messages and understand their deeper meaning.
Spiritual Inquiry – Receive guidance by tapping into your unconscious mind and higher self.

2.5 - 3 hour HYPNOTHERAPY PACKAGE
PART 1 (~60 Minute Introductory Session)
Session for client to introduce what focus, situation, issue, etc. they want to work on in the hypnotherapy session and what they are hoping to explore.
Facilitator (Alexis) will explain hypnotherapy pre talk, expectations, and session structure.
Time for questions and collaboration on plan for session.
PART 2 (~60 - 90 Minute Hypnotherapy Session)
Length of session varies for each client and is dependent on client’s experiences and needs in session. The facilitator (Alexis) will use her discretion for timing of the session.
PART 3 (~30 Minute Intuitive Processing Session)
Client will have space to process and integrate the content of their hypnotherapy session into their lives, soul journey, spirituality, healing, relationships, etc.
Client can use this time to make connections between their hypnotherapy session, presenting focus, and/or new discoveries. This session is crucial to utilize the contents of the session for greater growth and exploration in a client’s waking life.
